These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Diss Fragrance website and services. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1) About Diss Fragrance

Diss Fragrance is an online fragrance brand operating through an e-commerce platform. All products are sold exclusively online and delivered via third-party courier services.

2) Eligibility & Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and
  • all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Misuse of the website, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms may result in order cancellation or access restriction.

3) Product Information & Fragrance Disclaimer (Critical)

Perfumes are subjective products. By purchasing from Diss Fragrance, you acknowledge that:

  • fragrance perception varies from person to person,
  • performance, longevity, and scent experience can vary based on skin type, environment, and usage,
  • images, descriptions, and names are for reference only and may vary slightly in appearance or packaging.

Change of mind, dislike of fragrance, or expectation mismatch is not grounds for return or refund.

4) Impression / Inspired Fragrances (If Applicable)

Where applicable, Diss Fragrance offers inspired or impression fragrances. These are not original brand products, and any reference to well-known fragrances is for scent comparison purposes only.

Customers acknowledge that inspired fragrances are interpretations, not exact replicas.

5) Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted only after:

  • order confirmation, and
  • successful payment verification (including PayFast verification for online payments).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • pricing or listing errors,
  • stock unavailability,
  • suspected fraud or misuse,
  • incomplete or incorrect customer information.

6) Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

Payments may be made via:

  • Cash on Delivery (where available), or
  • Online payment methods, including PayFast.

By paying online:

  • you authorize PayFast to process your transaction,
  • you agree to PayFast’s terms and conditions,
  • Diss Fragrance does not store full card or banking details.

The final checkout amount is binding and includes applicable charges shown at checkout.

7) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees.

Once an order is dispatched:

  • delivery responsibility transfers to the courier service,
  • Diss Fragrance is not liable for courier delays beyond reasonable control.

Incorrect address or unreachable contact details may result in failed delivery and additional charges.

8) Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of perfumes:

  • opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable,
  • refunds or replacements are considered only for damaged, leaking, or incorrect items, subject to verification.

Approved refunds for online payments are processed only through the original payment method, including PayFast.

9) Promotions & Offers

Discounts, free delivery offers, or promotions:

  • may be time-limited,
  • may change or end without notice,
  • are valid only as displayed at checkout.

In case of discrepancy, the checkout calculation prevails.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Diss Fragrance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

Use of products is at the customer’s own discretion. Patch testing is recommended.

11) Force Majeure

Diss Fragrance is not responsible for delays, failures, or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, courier disruptions, or technical failures.

12) Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and branding—is the property of Diss Fragrance and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

13) Account Misuse & Fraud

We reserve the right to:

  • cancel orders,
  • block accounts,
  • deny service

in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, false claims, or repeated chargebacks.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
