Are these original?
Yes they are original products of Diss Fragrance. We sell impressions of designer fragrances.
Are you selling the real products?
We sell high quality impressions of designer fragrances. Our perfume use the high quality ingredients to create a new inspired aroma that you will like.
Diss Fragrance competes with designer brands. It does not use their fragrances and is not associated in any way with the designer brands or their manufacturers. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.
What is your return policy?
We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be used more than 10% of the total quantity or damaged.
Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to your bank account.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

How long does it last?
Lasting varies for every perfume. The lasting duration of any fragrance depends on the application area, season, and quantity applied. Lasting of each perfume is written in the performance section of each perfume.
Why should I buy from online store?
Well, buying online and through brick and mortar stores have their advantages and disadvantages. On the internet, you can always search around perfume and read how it smells like and its notes. Plus our liberal exchange and return policy mean that you can always return or exchange if you do not like, all from the comfort of your home.
Do you use alcohol in your perfumes?
It is not possible to create perfumes without using alcohol, our spray has alcohol in it.
What is the oil concentration in your bottles?
It depends and varies perfume to perfume. However, the average concentration is 31% which is the maximum possible.
What’s the best way to store perfumes?
Perfume should always be kept in a cold dark place as sunshine can cause some chemical reactions in it, making the perfume smell different, silage and projection may also seem different too.
Can Diss Fragrance perfume cause allergy or rashes?
Till now we haven’t had any such complaint from our customers, you are however requested to do a patch test before applying the fragrance.
Will my namaz be acceptable if I use this perfume, as it contains alcohol?
Alcohol is not dirty in itself and is acceptable to be utilised in medicines, perfumes, detergents and other useful usages. This has to do with the fact that alcohol itself is not dirty, the ban is on the consumption/drinking of alcohol. The liquor (khamr) is banned in Islam.
Liquor consists of sugar, alcohol and water after the fermentation process. So any alcohol not passed through the fermentation process can be used. Keeping this fact in mind, usage of perfumes because of the alcohol content, irrespective of the concentration of alcohol in it, is not prohibited or banned and namaz will be accepted.
When will my parcel reach me?
We’re as eager to deliver your parcel to you as you are to receive it! Here’s when you can expect to receive your order:- 2-3 business days within Lahore – 3-4 business days in other cities – Note that sale days are usually very busy so the parcel may take a little longer than usual to reach you.
