Shipping Policy — Diss Fragrance

This Shipping Policy explains delivery coverage, timelines, charges, and responsibilities when you place an order with Diss Fragrance.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.

1) Shipping Coverage

Diss Fragrance is an online-only brand. We deliver orders within Pakistan through third-party courier services.

All orders placed through our website are subject to courier availability and serviceable areas.

2) Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are estimates and vary by location:

  • Lahore: typically 2–3 business days
  • Other cities: typically 3–4 business days

Busy / Sale Periods:

During promotions, public holidays, or high-order periods, courier networks may experience delays beyond our control.

Important:

Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, strikes, route limitations, security conditions, or courier operational issues.

3) Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed after confirmation and, where applicable, successful payment verification (including PayFast verification for online payments).

Dispatch time may vary based on:

  • order verification,
  • stock availability,
  • high-volume days (sales or promotions).

Once dispatched, responsibility for physical delivery lies with the courier service.

4) Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charge: Rs. 150

Any applicable shipping charges or free-shipping eligibility are clearly displayed at checkout.

The final checkout total is considered final for all shipping charges.

5) Free Delivery & Promotions (When Available)

Promotional offers (such as free delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000) may be time-limited and subject to change without prior notice.

If there is any difference between promotional banners and checkout calculations, the checkout amount will prevail.

6) Address & Contact Details (Customer Responsibility)

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • a complete and accurate delivery address,
  • a reachable phone number,
  • a nearby landmark if required by the courier.

Diss Fragrance is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

7) Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or lack of response:

  • the courier may re-attempt delivery or hold the parcel according to its policy,
  • if the parcel is returned to us, reshipping will require additional shipping charges, payable by the customer.

Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries caused by customer error or non-availability.

8) Tracking & Delivery Updates

Where available, tracking information or delivery updates may be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or courier notifications using the contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery updates are provided for convenience only and remain subject to courier systems.

9) Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect:

  • contact us as soon as possible,
  • provide your order number,
  • share clear photos and/or videos of the parcel and product.

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis after verification. Failure to report issues promptly may affect eligibility for resolution.

10) Shipping & Refund Relationship (PayFast-Aligned)

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, including cases where:

  • a refund is approved for the product,
  • delivery delays occur,
  • delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability or incorrect details.

If payment was made online via PayFast, any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to PayFast’s processing timelines and rules.

11) Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)

Diss Fragrance is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or courier service disruptions.
