We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by our product not meeting your expectations. This form is designed to streamline the exchange/return process, and we kindly ask for your patience and trust as we work to ensure your satisfaction.

Our return policy is inspired by the Sunnah. We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any perfume you are not satisfied with, subject to the following terms:

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
• Perfume bottles must have at least 90% of the product remaining.
• Samples and tester bottles are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Please allow 4–5 working days for us to process your request.
